Patrick Harrex is an award winning composer whose works have been given live and broadcast performances in many countries around the world. His music has been recorded by Argo, CBC (Canada), Editions LGNM (Luxembourg) and New Music Brighton.  His works range from solo pieces to larger ensemble and choral works and he writes for both amateur and professional performers.

Forthcoming Performances and other news


The sexual politics of CoMA will be performed by CoMA Sussex on 18 May, at The Brunswick, Hove, and on 2 July at the Performing Arts Centre, Lewes.

Fraser Tannock, trumpet, and Terence Allbright, piano, will give the 1st performance of Aria 2 on 21 September, at the Friends' Meeting House, Brighton.


Other recently completed works include untitled 2016.1 (two versions: for 5 flutes and for string quintet), untitled 2016.2 for piano, untitled 2016.3 for piano and small orchestra and three conjugations for flexible ensemble as well as a version of ... a l'armonia si intento ... for six violas.
